CHEM-THANE 2823 is a single component, aliphatic, light, stable, moisture curing urethane finish coat which provides excellent gloss and color retention. It is intended as the top coat of a high performance system on marine vessels, tanks, bridges, refineries, offshore structures and other steel surfaces.
