AntiMicrobial Fire Retardant Water Based Enamel
CHEM-TEX 6225 is a unique latest technology interior paint which incorporates fire retardant properties along with antimicrobial chemicals. Additionally, the resin system is a special chlorine containing polymer which further enhances the fire retardant characteristics.
When exposed to fire, the coating will not support combustion. Special pigmentation emits a fine water mist when exposed to a flame.
Highly effective silver nanoparticles are dispersed in the coating which kills bacteria and known viruses on contact. This makes the coating extremely suitable for medical facilites and food operations which require sterile and clear areas.
